Willow Barn

This project took approximately 12 months to complete with many structural issues to contend with.  You can see the state of the barns in one of the photos to the right.  We had to underpin significantly, reinforce oak beams, cut in new ones and completely re-roof.

Drainage was also an issue and we had to install four soakaways and improve the drainage in the garden area. Additionally, the site was on a slope which meant that there were at least one or two steps between each room in order to navigate the slope.

We took immense pleasure from this project.
