Awards

We are very proud to have been awarded the following by our local Building Control at Stratford-Upon-Avon District Council in conjunction with the LABC.

To have been nominated was amazing in itself but then to have won and be a runner up in a further category is hugely satisfying.  These awards represent our ongoing excellent relationship with our local Building Control.

The awards recognise excellent practice across a complete range of buildings - from major commercial work to the construction of new homes, conversions, domestic extensions and sustainable developments. Projects are shortlisted from a field of more than two thousand. Nomination itself is a significant achievement.​​

Nominations are made by the council's Building Inspectors and are assessed on:-

​

  • Quality of Construction

  • Client Experience

  • Level of Inspection

  • How well executed 

  • How conscientious the builder

  • Innovation

  • Wow factor

  • Quality of Design

  • Sustainability

​

 

 

2017 was the last time the awards were run by our local Building Control but we have been asked to contribute to the next round of awards coming up.
