A traditionally built block and beam, architect designed 2800 sq ft house constructed with reclaimed materials of brick, solid oak and clay tiles.

 

Bespokely fitted throughout including colour matched windows, oak detailing, luxury handmade kitchen with granite surfaces. Individually designed lighting plans, luxury sanitaryware and natural flooring seamlessly fitted.

Kimpton developments designed and project managed this build throughout.  The detailing of the roof was especially complicated and James worked with our roofers to overcome the various challenges.

​

This project is in the conservation area and faced challenges from the start.  Gaining planning permission for a new dwelling in the conservation area involved thorough attention to detail.  We worked with a local planning consultant to help us gain approval for a contentious development. Working with our parish council and the local district council we secured permission to build this beautiful house that now sits proudly within the streescene.

We won an award with our local Building Control and LABC for Best New Build in Stratford-Upon-Avon District.
