Spatial Planning

Failing to plan is planning to fail

What do we mean by spatial planning? Simply put  - what goes where.

For example the design of a bathroom or kitchen layout allowing for services such as electrics and plumbing.

Where water feeds and outlets are will affect where furniture could go, where light sockets are placed, where bathroom fittings are placed.  The orientation of the property will affect decisions on how to maximise the best light into a room and where its furniture, lighting etc are arranged.

Time spent at the concept stage here makes the difference between an average and excellently executed outcome.
